SHIPPING
If the items ordered are in stock, your order will be sent out within 48 hours. The shipping times depend on the destination. Allow 1 to 2 days for France, 3 to 5 days for Europe, 8 to 12 days for the USA or Canada and up to 21 days for the rest of the world. These times are given as indications only. At present shipping and handling is charged at 4,99€ for France & 9,99€ for Europe. For other countries please contact us for a quotation.
CARRIAGE
All goods are sent at the risk & peril of the client. It is up to the client to verify the state of the parcel and contents on its arrival. If you receive a parcel that is damaged on arrival please sign ‘with reservations’. The carriage costs do not include insurance. However insurance can be arranged at a small cost to you by contacting our sales team.
RETURNS
If you need to send something back please contact us by phone or email beforehand. Most items are covered by the manufacturers guarantee. Any return judged to be unjustified will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. No reclamation for missing or broken items can be made after 4 days following the receipt of the order.
